Shari was incredible from the start right down to the closing. We started talking to Shari about selling the townhouse in 2020, but weren't quite ready at that time. She stayed on top of the comps for our neighborhood and would check in every so often to let us know what had changed and what her recommendations were, based on our situation. Once we decided we were ready to sell in March 2022, she was on top of everything that needed to be done and was able to answer all questions. Everything she does is in a very timely fashion. She was honest, respectful and we had a lot of fun working with her. She was very much in tune with our needs for our specific circumstances.
After the closing was completed, she even drove the check from the sale of my house to me at work, so that I had it immediately. I most certainly will go to Shari again when I am ready to buy my next home and would recommend her to anyone needing to buy and/or sell a home.

Shari Keen is absolutely fabulous! We met her at an open house and loved her energy, positivity, and approachability so much that and we asked her to represent us during our home search in Waukee. She has a great handle on the current market to offer guidance on negotiating an offer. She is a great communicator and kept us updated on the process, what and why items were needed at various stages, and even provided helpful reminders on the Waukee Canopy offerings and where/when to get utilities started. From the date we met her to when we closed on our new home was 1 month and she made it easy and seemless. We highly recommend her.

I recently worked with Shari to sell my Mother's house as she transitioned into a retired community. I found Shari via Google and she was wonderful! Incredibly responsive, thorough and considerate. She understood the challenges we had with me being quite a distance away, and was accommodating to our situation to make it easier for us to sign documents and make decisions. She was very helpful in finding help to resolve issues and did great research to get us a great price. We sold the house for way more than we expected and for less time (we got an offer the first day we showed the house). I highly recommend Shari!

I recently had the privilege of working with Shari to sell my townhome. Shari did such a wonderful job with the listing; it was only on the market for a couple of days and went for asking price. Shari definitely knows the real estate business, I would hire her again and again. About Shari Keen
About Shari:Shari Keen was born and raised in Central Iowa. After graduating from Drake University with a degree in Business Administration, she began her career in the Insurance Industry which took her out west to Northern California. For over a decade Shari wore many hats in her industry including property claims adjusting and management on both the residential and commercial side. Through her ongoing education and hands on experience, Shari learned the ins and outs of construction, design and helping her customers get their homes and businesses restored and rebuilt after a loss.
Shari and her husband Michael returned to their Iowa roots nearly two decades ago after the adoption of their first son, Noah. They knew that Iowa would provide their family the best schools, environment and family connections where they were both raised. Moving away and coming back home has certainly provided her with a deep appreciation and understanding of all Central Iowa has to offer.
Shari has always loved helping people and carries her values of honesty, integrity, kindness and hard work to every client she is blessed to work with. She helps her clients navigate the often-challenging waters of buying and selling a home with compassion and transparency.
Shari and her husband Michael have resided in Urbandale (Waukee School district) for the last 18 years with their children Noah and Abby.
