I found Shari via Google and she was wonderful! Incredibly responsive, thorough and considerate. She understood the challenges we had with me being quite a distance away, and was accommodating to our situation to make it easier for us to sign documents and make decisions. She was very helpful in finding help to resolve issues and did great research to get us a great price. We sold the house for way more than we expected and for less time (we got an offer the first day we showed the house). I highly recommend Shari!

We started talking to Shari about selling the townhouse in 2020, but weren't quite ready at that time. She stayed on top of the comps for our neighborhood and would check in every so often to let us know what had changed and what her recommendations were, based on our situation. Once we decided we were ready to sell in March 2022, she was on top of everything that needed to be done and was able to answer all questions. Everything she does is in a very timely fashion. She was honest, respectful and we had a lot of fun working with her. She was very much in tune with our needs for our specific circumstances. After the closing was completed, she even drove the check from the sale of my house to me at work, so that I had it immediately. I most certainly will go to Shari again when I am ready to buy my next home and would recommend her to anyone needing to buy and/or sell a home.

"Shari Keen is a FANTASTIC realtor. If we could give her more than 5 stars we absolutely would. For background, my fiance and I were looking for a new home in Winterset for our family. We were new to the area, and not completely familiar with the home buying process. Shari was very knowledgeable about the entire process, she did research on the town we were moving to and was very informative. She answered our many questions we had, and if she didn’t know an answer to one of our questions, she would find it and get back to us VERY quickly. Shari was always available whenever we had questions and made the process stress-free for us. She was so incredibly patient with us and always reassured us whenever any concerns came up. She truly “held our hand” throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who is readily available, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and patient, Shari is the one for you. "Shari is exactly who anyone wants in their corner as a realtor. No matter the time of day or day of the week, you will know she’s working hard and is always ready for a call or text. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous to begin the process and worried that my questions would be too much.
